Dietary requirements and special needs are to be communicated to event organisers one week prior to the event commencing. Please identify yourself to The Hatchery staff upon arrival to ensure all your needs are met.

Most sessions are being recorded and will be made available after the event ends. They will be accessible through the “replay” button.

Once the event has finished you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback which will provide access to the session resources.

A member of our team will be readily available during the event simply reach out using the platform chat function. However, feel free to give us a call on 1300 918 334 should you have any questions.

We suggest having a notepad, pen and a beverage of choice to hand!

Due to the popularity and limited places available for our Masterclass and Workshop series, delegates are unable to swap dates to another date set in the series. However, substitute delegates are always welcome for no additional fee.

All cancellations must be raised at least 2 weeks before the event. However, substitute delegates are always welcome for no additional fee.

All speakers at The Hatchery present live and in person unless specifically noted on the event program or circumstances prevent the speaker from appearing live.

Audio recordings are available for purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 1300 918 334 or email customercare@the-hatchery.co to place your order prior to the event.

Full venue details are located on the event website. All event venues are located close to public transport with car parking available. Contact the event venue directly for parking prices and any further information.

The program will include morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea for all participants. Please refer to the agenda tab above for more details.

You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event’s start time in order to settle in and receive your name badge before an inspiring day of speakers begins!
