A domestic and family violence survivor and passionate advocate for the prevention of gendered violence and violence against women, Tess believes education and training are the key to safer workplaces, homes and communities.

With many years of experience managing domestic violence and gender equity programs in large government departments, Tess is widely regarded as a highly knowledgeable program manager. She has extensive experience working with government, NGOs and corporate partners in the social services sector. Tess has also developed and facilitated a range of workplace training programs, covering topics such as responding to disclosures, preventing gendered violence, and fostering safe, respectful workplaces.
