Professor Carol T Kulik is an academic researcher focusing on workplace inclusion and organisational fairness; she helps organisations develop employee-centred practices that address the needs of a diverse workforce. Carol serves on the SA Gender Pay Gap Taskforce, an advisory board that provides independent advice to the South Australian Government. She is the co-author of Human Resources for the Non-HR Manager (Routledge, 2023), a book that enables anyone to approach people management activities with confidence.
