Ingrid Haythorpe

Ingrid Haythorpe is a seasoned leader with extensive executive experience. Currently Principal of The Dux Project, a leadership program for public sector leaders, and Managing Partner at Peg Consulting, she has worked with senior executives across Australia for over 30 years. Her former roles include Chief Executive of the Attorney General’s Department and Deputy Chief Executive of the Department of Premier and Cabinet. She has driven impactful changes within the public sector via policy, legislation and operational initiatives, continuing to contribute via board roles. Somehow she has also managed to raise three children and is an expert juggler (metaphorically speaking).
