Leading Clinical Governance in Aged Care
Discover how to position clinical governance as a driver for quality care
Clinical Governance in the aged care sector has gained greater prominence in light of the system failings identified through the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. It has underpinned much of the aged care reform agenda to date and will be strengthened with proposed changes aligned with the new Aged Care Act, expected to be implemented in 2025.
In preparation for the strengthened Quality Standards, this masterclass will provide you with the knowledge and tools to confidently speak the language of clinical governance in practice.
Join experienced aged care expert and executive, Adjunct Professor Alan Lilly, and gain a deeper understanding of how clinical governance works in aged care and related sectors. Utilising practical case studies and frameworks, you will leave this masterclass able to comprehend and implement clinical governance processes from the point of care to the Board within your organisation.
