Tess has been a practitioner, consultant, coach and educator in the people analytics and workforce planning space for nearly 20 years. In that time, Tess has worked in many industries, including public and private organisations, multi-nationals, federal, state and local government. Tess’s focus has always been about developing capability, transferring tools and techniques to develop internal capability for sustainable practices and getting people analytics underway immediately.
