How to Create an Outcomes-based Framework for Performance Measurement

Translate meaningful measures & KPIs into focused & measurable performance results

What is the result or outcome you really want?

Organisations implementing meaningful KPIS are able to focus on what matters most, close performance gaps & continually improve. How do you feel about changing your approach to make KPIs more meaningful?

Many organisations get stuck in the ‘planning & doing’ phase but few take that next critical step, which is to find evidence of the impact that ‘doing the work’ is having on outcomes.

Performance Management Specialist Mark Hocknell returns to provide a 3-hour session that will be a deep dive into the key steps of the performance measurement process.

He will demystify the process of outcomes measurement using a quick and easy tool, the PuMP® method. Attend and learn how to develop practical indicators at an organisational level (that can also be applied at an individual level) that will not only measure performance but also demonstrate value and progress.
