Following five years working at COTA Australia and a decade of research and project work to design, implement and evaluate CDC models in home care, Anna now supports providers to reimagine their service model with achievable, outcome-based actions.
Anna has specialised expertise in consumer engagement, consultation design, implementation and communication strategies.
