This event is a platform for First Nations leaders to share their learnings and advice for others on the path to leadership, for allies to share how others can better support their team members, and for organisations to discuss the strengths of First Nations leaders and communities and what they can bring to workplaces. It is also an opportunity to identify and discuss how organisations can contribute to reconciliation through First Nations self determination and economic growth through their day to day business. Only together can we create an equal, prosperous and thriving future for all Australians, particularly the first.
