This seminar will outline evidence-based support strategies including, how to approach a staff member and have a human-centric and effective mental health conversation and provide insight into how a leader can offer access to practical support both internally and externally. With this in mind, Anna will also discuss how leaders can prioritise their personal boundaries to keep all leaders safe and confident when responding to staff that are struggling.
