Build to Rent has now become Australia’s fastest-growing residential asset class. With an array of build-to-rent projects, being announced across the country– there is growing evidence that the model works. Additionally, increasing investor appetite, tenant demand driven by migration in the post-covid environment and the significant undersupply of rental accommodation has played a critical role in driving this sector forward.
