Like most workplaces, the Australian Public Service has its fair share of cultural “bamboo” glass ceilings, systemic barriers and biases and perceived stereotypes that impact women of colour in attaining EL and SES Roles. Hear inspiring women of colour leaders who are championing for change, navigating personal challenges and embracing their individuality and cultural identity to become leaders in their own right.
