Frequently Asked Questions
Great question – topics, dates, and speakers are generally finalised about 2 months in advance. We will contact you via email each time a new Seminar topic is announced and invite you to register.
Once the pass is purchased, you can jump in straight away to attend as many Seminars as you like (and we hope you attend lots!). Keep an eye out for your welcome email explaining everything you need to know to register for your first seminar.
No problem – we’ll share the recording with you if the speaker permits us to record the session. Most sessions are recorded, with a few exceptions.
Afraid not, the Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
