As the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), I lead the design and implementation of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organisation. I have extensive experience in DEIB, organisational development (OD), human resources (HR), learning and development and coaching, working with various global and national organisations, across many different industries and sectors.
My core competencies include DEIB strategy and activation, leadership development, talent strategy, psychosocial hazard mitigation and prevention, executive coaching, facilitation, learning, engagement, change management, performance and development, and stakeholder management. I have a masterclass certificate for Thrive at Work (psychosocial hazards, mitigations and preventions) from Curtin University, and a certificate in Executive Coaching from IECL. I am passionate about creating respectful and inclusive work environments that foster wellbeing, innovation and a culture of belonging. I also enjoy sharing my insights and best practices as a guest speaker and panelist at the Diversity and Inclusion Forum.
