How does
it work?
The Hatchery Impact Program specifically enables representatives of small NGOs, community organisations, students, or other interested individuals attend events, if they are not able to pay. The Hatchery Impact Program attendance is available on a number of conferences and summits through an application process, with application links on qualifying event websites and brochures.
The Hatchery Impact Program has provided attendee passes across more than 90 events, over key verticals including Leadership, Health & Aged Care, Regulation, Education and more.

How do I find out which events have Impact Program passes available?
If a conference or summit qualifies for Hatchery Impact Pass passes, this will be highlighted on the event brochure and website, along with specific application links. Please contact impactprogram@the-hatchery.co to enquire about a specific event.
How do I apply?
Application links can be found on applicable event websites and brochures.
Alternatively, please answer the following questions and email responses to impactprogram@the-hatchery.co
- What is the name of the event you wish to attend?
- What organisation do you work for?
- How many people does your organisation employ?
- Please indicate the level of annual income from your organisation
- In 150 words or less tell us why you would like to attend this event & how you expect your learnings will assist you afterward (either personally or professionally)
- Would you like to attend in person or online? (Please note the scholarship only applies to the value of the conference ticket and does not include travel or accommodation etc)
- Please include your name, position, email and best contact number.
How do I know if my application has been successful?
Our Customer Care team will reach out to you a few weeks before the event to let you know if your application has been successful.
Can I attend the event in person?
Absolutely, you decide what mode of attendance suits best – in person or online.Â
