Niti is a multi award-winning career and executive coach, freelance general counsel, diversity, equity and inclusion consultant and facilitator, who advocates for a range of issues including gender and racial equity. From following the well-trodden path into the world of corporate law to becoming a multi-passionate individual seeking to make an impact on the lives of women, particularly those who face the double bind of intersectional identities, her journey has been anything but linear. Her business, Coaching by Niti, helps to empower women who are feeling stuck in their careers to create more intentionality in their career paths by guiding them to their North Star.
Niti also brings her extensive NLP, coaching and facilitation expertise to the work she does with gender equity experts Grace Papers, Coaching Advocates, Future Women (where she is also an award-winning mentor) and WILD for STEM, for whom she is currently spearheading the design and delivery of their executive coaching program for their inaugural WILD Board X offering, a program which aims to get more women in STEM into board seats. As a woman with Indian cultural heritage with the privileges attaching to an Australian upbringing, education and accent, Niti is also passionate about supporting Women of Colour through her work with The Creative Co-operative. She is also a DEI Practitioner on the NASA Astrophysics IDEA practitioner database, an angel investor at Nobody Studios, a founding member and DEI Ambassador at Human Leaders, a Peer Support Companion and Workplace Advisory Group member at The Pink Elephants Support Network, and Community Partner for White Ribbon (Australia). In 2023, she co-authored the bestselling book Women Leading the Way and this year saw her chapter on DEI published in the book Legal Operations in the Age of AI and Data.
