Charlotte is the Director of Learning Design and Development, and Head of Learning Diversity at Camberwell Girls Grammar School, and a dually registered Teacher/Speech Pathologist. She enjoys working with teams of talented educators within and beyond CGGS to design responsive, rigorous and innovative learning. Charlotte has a particular interest in assisting students to find their voice through developing their oral language skills and ‘internalised’ vocabulary. She enjoys tinkering with tech, and all things Lego. 

Charlotte is a member of ACEL’s Victorian Branch Executive, a Global Ambassador for Raising Awareness of Developmental Language Disorder (RADLD) and Co-coordinator of the Boroondara Gifted Network. She is also a lecturer in the Learning Intervention Department in the Faculty of Education at the University of Melbourne.
