Miranda Lello is Branch Head of the Portfolio Strategy & Integration Branch and Chief Data Officer at the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the Australian Public Service in a variety of roles spanning policy, legislation, regulation, and data. In her role as Chief Data Officer she is focused on building a data-driven culture in DCCEEW and unlocking the power of data to inform policy development, decision-making and research, and support Australia’s transition to a sustainable and resilient future.
