Managing Psychosocial Risk

Online 17-18 November
Sydney 27 November

Mastering psychosocial risk management for a high-performing workplace
New Work Health and Safety (WHS) amendments, including the model Code of Practice on Managing Psychosocial Hazards, legally obligate you to manage psychosocial risks with the same rigour as physical ones.
However, simply adding burnout, stress, or conflict to your traditional physical safety matrix is not a compliant or effective solution. These complex hazards are woven into your daily operations, management practices, and work design. Tackling them requires a new framework and a different set of tools.
This masterclass provides a practical, step-by-step roadmap to move beyond theory. You will learn to develop and implement a robust psychosocial risk management system, giving you the confidence to not only ensure compliance but also build a healthier, more engaged, and higher-performing team.
Why it’s worth attending
The support and guidance of an expert
Small group-based activity sessions to translate theory into practice
Resources to walk away with: a workbook including templates and plans to implement best practice psychosocial risk management in your organisation

This course provided a great overview of the concepts along with practical examples of how to implement the concepts into our workplace. I walked away validated that our current process is on the right track and have the tools needed to enhance and improve from here.”
