Jane Barnes is the Chief Executive Officer of Wintringham, appointed in July 2025. She has more than three decades of senior leadership experience across aged care, homelessness, housing and community services, and is recognised for leading complex, values-based organisations and working constructively with government and sector partners. Jane brings a strong systems focus to aged care, with particular interest in the intersections with housing and homelessness responses and acute health services, and the implications of poverty and intra-generational inequity for access and outcomes.
