As Head of Home and Community Care and Transformation at Uniting NSW.ACT, João leads one of Australia’s largest home care services through a once-in-a-generation reform. His remit spans operational excellence, workforce innovation, and the design of a new service model aligned with the Support at Home program.
João brings deep expertise in transformation, growth, and customer experience from his experience at McKinsey & Company and Uniting NSW.ACT. At Uniting, he has spearheaded major projects including the “Home with U” transformation program, embedding human-centred, digitally-enabled ways of working and positioning Uniting for sustainable growth.
