Kate is currently the Director of Intelligence at the Fair Work Ombudsman. For 20 years she has worked across the Federal Public Service managing operational delivery, strategic support and intelligence functions.
Over the last eight years Kate has led the development and embedding of an intelligence function at the Fair Work Ombudsman, assisting to shape the agency’s transformation to an intelligence led regulator. Kate champions information sharing across government and is an active member of the broader intelligence community.
Kate was previously named as one of the 31 Most Powerful part-timers in Women’s Agenda because of her active engagement with advocating flexibility for women in leadership roles and continuing involvement with volunteering in community organisations.
