Emma Hogan was appointed the Secretary for NSW Department of Customer Service in October 2019. Previously, Emma was the NSW Public Service Commissioner, and is an experienced C-Suite executive having worked within government, and iconic Australian brands across hospitality, retail, aviation and media and entertainment.
Emma’s leadership experience spans across areas including people, culture, customer, digital, communications and change.
In her role as NSW Public Service Commissioner, Emma was responsible for leading the workforce strategy across all aspects of NSW Government, the largest employer in Australia. Emma is passionate about diversity, inclusion and the evolving world of work.
