With over 20 years of corporate experience helping leaders grow, and as an Asian female leader raised in Scandinavia and having lived in 6 countries, I understand how hard and overwhelming it can be to lead and navigate your team amidst different cultures, organisational expectations, and complex challenges. And to add to pressures, we can be our own worst critic and get in our way. Or we are told we should fit a certain leadership mould in order to be seen, heard and valued.
I too wrestled with the same challenges in my corporate life and was on the corporate treadmill delivering to my KPI’s, holding it together, and covering up, looking for places where I could be my authentic self and do my best work, where differences are included and celebrated.
I believe our world, workplaces, and communities, need leaders who have a deep desire to connect, encourage diversity with courage for greater creativity and impact. My mission is to create safe spaces for connection and courageous conversations for a more inclusive and diverse workplace — where we can bring our best selves to work and thrive. I do this by providing a safe space, with my multicultural and corporate experience and my focus on purpose, heart, and neuroscience.
