Nikki Butler is a child protection consultant with over 30 years’ experience in leadership and training services across Australia and New Zealand. Nikki holds qualifications in social work, research and professional supervision, and has worked across multiple service areas including addiction, mental health, disability, education, child protection, and local government. Achievements include receiving a Queensland Child Safe Organisations Award and implementing a national ‘Violence Intervention Program’ to being a leader within New Zealand. Her expertise lies in equipping professionals with trauma-informed, developmental, and empathetic approaches to complex practice, and guiding services to remain grounded, reflective and effective in challenging settings.
