Aashna is a former NSW Government Graduate who is passionate about innovation and cross-government collaboration initiatives. Over the last few years, Aashna has worked in a variety of premier priority projects in the Energy and Infrastructure space. She is currently working in the Office of Chief Scientist and Engineer in Investment NSW.
Outside her day job, Aashna is a keen advocate for mental health and wellbeing at the workplace and has worked alongside executives and various leadership forums to embed a strong wellbeing framework and healthy work culture in her previous roles. She is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and has been a voluntary Listener Therapist for more than 5 years. Aashna is currently studying a Master of Environmental Law and Public Policy and aspires to lead national policy reform one day.
