Amy is a researcher in cultural diversity and inclusion, having completed her PhD on this topic in the Discipline of Work & Organisational Studies at The University of Sydney Business School. She is passionate about helping organisations identify and reduce racial barriers so that they can better tap into their multicultural talent and enable culturally and linguistically diverse employees to achieve their career aspirations.

Amy has worked as a workforce specialist on the PM&C’s Cultural Diversity Sprint Project and the initial phase of the APS CALD Strategy. She is currently on the Expert Advisory Panel for the MOSAIC Digital Learning Package under development, which seeks to uplift the APS capability in cultural intelligence.
