Andrew was awarded a Public Service Medal for co-founding the Public Sector Neurodiversity Community of Practice. He spearheaded a successful campaign to include a neurodiversity question in the Australian Public Service Employee Census, aiming to ensure the neurodivergent people are represented in the sector. Andrew’s TEDx talk about neurodiversity has 20,000 views. Andrew enjoys wearing novelty suits as an ice-breaker.
