Andrew Woolf is a senior executive at Services Australia, where he has worked in data engineering, transformation, and enterprise portfolio management. He currently leads teams providing support to major Agency projects on delivery assurance, change management and benefits realisation.
Before his move to Services Australia, Andrew held senior leadership positions across Commonwealth agencies, including the Digital Transformation Agency, the Department of Finance and the Bureau of Meteorology. In these roles he focussed on enabling technology‑driven change to deliver practical outcomes for people and communities—operating at the intersection of policy, technology, and service delivery.
Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in scientific research and technology leadership roles in Australia and the United Kingdom, spanning academia, government and international research organisations.
Andrew is a Disability and Neurodiversity Champion for Services Australia, where he advocates for inclusion and the removal of barriers to enable all staff to realise their full potential. He strives to build awareness and a disability-confident leadership culture, where difference is celebrated and recognised as an organisational strength.
