Christina established the Disability Leadership Institute in 2016 as a professional hub for disabled leaders to build & support our disability leaders. It is the first organisation of its kind globally, run by and for disability leaders. The DLI is a supportive community of leaders in over 20 countries, which provides training, and supports and promotes its members. Christina is also a regular keynote speaker and commentator. Through the DLI Christina has developed the world’s first disability leadership program for disability leaders, by disability leaders. She has also developed the fully online self paced course Represent, sharing her knowledge of how to be an effective change maker.
