Her role will include lending a voice to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families while helping them navigate complex systems that impact them to achieve positive outcomes in the community.
Prior to her role on the Our Booris, Our Way committees, Ms Causon was on the Board of Carers ACT and served on the ACT Expert panel on Disability. She was awarded the Public Service Medal for her work with Indigenous communities in 2010.
