Ben Castelli is a strategic educational leader with a deep commitment to enhancing connection, self-awareness and collective efficacy. In his current role as Director of Learning and Growth (P-12) at Redlands, Ben has led initiatives that integrate both quantitative and qualitative data to provide meaningful insights into student performance and wellbeing. This has included the development of a comprehensive Learning Analytics Platform that enables the school to analyse external test data alongside internal metrics, generating actionable narratives that inform a holistic view of the school’s academic and pastoral practices.
