Ben Castelli is a strategic educational leader with a deep commitment to enhancing connection, self-awareness and collective efficacy. In his current role as Director of Learning and Growth (P-12) at Redlands, Ben has led initiatives that integrate both quantitative and qualitative data to provide meaningful insights into student performance and wellbeing. This has included the development of a comprehensive Learning Analytics Platform that enables the school to analyse external test data alongside internal metrics, generating actionable narratives that inform a holistic view of the school’s academic and pastoral practices. His work includes the creation of dynamic feedback loops that incorporate student voice, ensuring that the school’s approaches are responsive and aligned with the needs of its learners while building social and decisional capital.
