With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Bill Kuluris has worked across a variety of mental health settings, with a primary focus on Community Mental Health. He is currently employed as a Senior Lead Clinician at Echuca Community Mental and Wellbeing Health Service (Bendigo Health), located in rural Victoria along the Murray River. Bill has played a key role in the establishment of the ECAT program, in collaboration with the Echuca Regional Health ED department.
