Budi is a well known community advocate in the LGBTIQA+ communities, an experienced group facilitator and trainer, a researcher, an educator, and an engaging public speaker. They have worked with organisations across multiple disciplines and sectors, using their knowledge on intersectionality to guide organisations to move beyond the diversity thinking and to embody an intersectional framework. They have continued to use their lived and living experiences, academic knowledge, and passion to influence meaningful and sustainable organisational change.Â
