Catherine Carvolth is a Director in the NSW public sector leading industrial relations, work health safety, reform implementation, injury management and wellbeing programs for the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Catherine has an extensive public sector background centred in human service agencies and has completed the Executive Masters in Public Administration program.
Catherine has led wellbeing initiatives in the former Department of Family and Community Services. These initiatives bridge the gap between work health safety instruction and professional practice direction so that staff have tools to look after themselves whilst working in challenging and emotionally charged situations.
