Chris has been a senior relationship manager at Pride in Diversity for over 5 years after being the Head of HR for the Commonwealth Bank’s Risk Management division. Chris now leads the Pride in Diversity relationship management team across the country. Prior to this, Chris has held senior Human Resources’ roles with over 20 years’ experience in the finance and insurance industry across both specialist and generalist areas and is a certified HR practitioner. Chris was one of the founders of the Commonwealth Bank’s LGBTQ network, Unity and has a Bachelor of Theology, a Masters of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education.
