Corey Irlam is Council on the Ageing (COTA) Australia’s Deputy CEO. Over the past decade working for COTA, Corey has played a leading role in COTA’s policy and government relations activities including in aged care and retirement incomes such as superannuation and pensions. As part of preparing for the new Aged Care Act Corey helped facilitate consultations with hundreds of older ‘participants’ in aged care across the country and has been actively reviewing the legislation as it makes its way through Parliament.
