Cynthia was the Senate-confirmed Assistant Administrator for EPA’s enforcement office for the entire Obama Presidency. She has worked as a federal prosecutor, state program director and NGO advocate. Cynthia has a BA from Cornell University, a JD from UC Berkeley, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
