Danielle was appointed Chief Customer & Transformation Officer in October 2023 after previously leading Connected Care for Bupa Australia.

Danielle is passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating across broad and diverse stakeholder groups, and driving execution to achieve impactful outcomes. She believes in continuous learning and loves exploring innovation and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.

Before joining Bupa, Danielle was the Executive General Manager for Customer Experience at IAG, a role that included designing and delivering the customer experience for all direct customers. Her career spans more than two decades, including 13 years at EY, where she worked across the audit and consulting divisions in Sydney and London, predominantly in the retail banking and insurance sectors.

Danielle holds a Master’s in Creative Intelligence & Strategic Innovation and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Danielle loves being active and outdoors with her husband and three children. She is super passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
