Deb has extensive experience working from a consumer expertise perspective to inform her systemic advocacy and leadership roles. She has a proven track record of managing complex projects, that includes using co-production to challenge systems of power in the mental health sector. Having held leadership positions in various clinical, community mental health and community health organisations, including the peak Victorian consumer organisation the Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council (VMIAC) where she held executive roles including Acting CEO. Deb is experienced training mental health professionals, providing supervision and developing programs from a consumer perspective.
