With a wealth of experience as a coach, a lecturer, a counsellor, and a senior manager, Deborah started her career in the Queensland public sector, where she made her first move into leadership. Over the next ten years, she took on an executive role in Australian public service, focusing on Qld services. Over the last two decades, Deborah has continued to work with the public sector in Qld across all tiers of government in numerous agencies. This has included working with frontline, middle, and senior managers to CEOs.
