Dr Marie Doole is an environmental regulation specialist, with a strong interest in ensuring the objectives of statute become reality through robust implementation of compliance and enforcement regimes. Marie is the primary architect of the compliance provisions of the Natural and Built Environment Act 2023 and her current role is focused on supporting the implementation of this exciting new regime from within the Ministry for the Environment.
