Her expertise lies in establishing systemic change, regulatory remits, delivering policy reform, and as a socio-anthropologist specialist working internationally across communities, sectors to shape accessible human services, harm-reduction, and aid management initiatives connecting people, tech advance, and systems to advancing social impact focused support and innovation. She has designed strategies, implemented evidence-based frameworks, and led major human service delivery system reforms. Her skill set spans policy, research, innovating operating models, proactive-regulation approaches and intelligence, data and governance, risk management, and international social justice arenas.
