Dr Tahnya Donaghy

Dr Tahnya Donaghy is known for her reform work and dedication to supporting leaders. As Managing Partner at Peg Consulting, she has led numerous projects and legislative reviews for Australian governments. As a former Deputy Chief Executive of SA DPC, she provided strategic advice on social and economic reforms, data sharing legislation, and agency changes. She is a Principal of the Dux Project, a leadership development program for public sector leaders, and holds independent governance positions in health and justice portfolios.  Family travel and animals are what occupies her remaining waking hours.
