Elsie Blay is the Executive Manager of Services at Ruah, her career has focused on problem-solving and leadership within the health and community sectors. Her work focuses on addressing complex issues at the intersection of health disadvantage, mental health, family and domestic violence, and homelessness. Elsie’s drive to address these challenges was shaped by her experiences working in remote WA, Timor, India and Uganda as a clinical nurse. She is now driven by the collective work of the bright minds across the sector and is energised through a strength-based approach to collectively find solutions to addressing wicked problems in WA.
