Felicite Black is the vision-driven CEO of LUMA who brings a broad experience in health and social services to the organisations integrated women’s health services.

Felicite began her career as a Paediatric nurse then midwife before moving into management and leadership positions in private hospitals, fertility services, aged and community care, occupational health (oil and gas and construction) youth mental health and suicide prevention. 

Felicite strives to demonstrate ethical and accountable leadership and has a strong risk appetite for innovation, the application of technology and a collective impact approach to solving difficult issues. Felicite believes this approach is particularly relevant to solving the current escalation of violence against women in Australia.

Felicite is passionate about holistic health, gender equity and creating a world where every woman is able to achieve her full potential.Â
