Gail is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Central Western NSW.

Gail has over 25 years’ experience in HR strategic alignment and capacity building. Gail has worked in Human Resource management roles, including diversity and inclusion, learning and development and workforce management, and she is currently the Manager of Aboriginal Employment for the Victorian Government Public Sector Commission. 

Gail holds an MBA from Melbourne University a Master’s in Human Resources from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing, Management HR) from Monash university. Gail’s field of expertise is in the design, implementation and evaluation of diversity programs for employment and inclusion strategies, and her experience has a focus on increasing organisational capacity in Community Engagement, Cultural and Linguistic Diversity Disability and LGBTI inclusion Strategies.
