Ignatius McBride is the Chief Data Analytics Officer at the Australia Financial Security Authority and works transversally across business lines to support the agency’s enterprise regulatory objectives. He has developed regulatory supervision frameworks, forecasting frameworks and the development of data collections to better monitor, inform and track regulatory activities.
He holds Bachelors of Mathematics and Finance with an Honours in Mathematics Statistics, and has a commitment to lifelong learning. He enjoys working across disciplines to support the development of intelligence-led insights to guide decision-making across organisations and improve social and economic outcomes in the wider Australian community.
