Jac Tomlins is a leading LGBTIQ community advocate, campaigner and consultant with over thirty years’ experience. She is a writer, speaker, facilitator and Subject Matter Expert. She served three terms on the Victorian Government Ministerial Advisory Committee and is currently working with the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. She led the multi-award-winning Rainbow Tick accreditation at VincentCare, the first Catholic organisation to achieve Rainbow Tick. She often works in those ‘hard-to-reach’ places and is currently developing a Queer Theory of Change based on this extensive experience.
