I have nearly 20 years of experience leading large, complex government science programs. I bring teams together to create and coordinate high-performing science partnerships across government and the research sector. These partnerships focus on delivering fit-for-purpose policy and planning outcomes for the government, underpinned by trust, inclusivity, innovation, compassion, and courage. I am recognised and respected nationally for my deep understanding and experience in fast-tracking science into government decision-making.
